Živorad Vasić je srednju školu i fakultet završio u Bostonu (SAD). Na Bostonskom Univerzitetu stekao je dve diplome: diplomu hotel menadžera i diplomu iz finansija. Za vreme studija živeo je u Bostonu, ali je potom radio u osam američkih gradova i 11 hotela. Godine 2005. u Denveru (Kolorado) učestvovao je otvaranju najvećeg butik hotela sa 1.550 soba. Profesionalno iskustvo sticao je postepeno, od CMT programa, višemesečnom obukom u različitim sektorima hotelijerstva, radeći kao noćni menadžer na recepciji, direktor domaćinstva, zamenik direktora soba, direktor soba. Kada se posle 17 godina boravka u SAD vratio u Srbiju i došao u Continental Hotel Beograd, želeo je da principe poslovanja koje je tamo naučio prenese na zaposlene u hotelu. Smatra da direktor hotela ima trostruku obavezu: prema vlasniku, gostima i zaposlenima. Kada se sve to uskladi i dobro funkcioniše, onda su rezultati svakako vidljivi. Bio na čelu tima koji je vodio otvaranje novog hotela Crowne Plaza Beograd koji kao brend pripada najvećoj svetskoj hotelskoj grupaciji InterContinental Hotels Group. Od 2011 godine član je borda direktora Delta Holding. Ima 40 godina, oženjen je i ima jednog sina.

Jelena Rubeša is currently working as a Director of Sales for leisure, she is a seals team member of one of the most beautiful resorts in the Mediterranean - Costa Navarino. Dejan Đorđević, completed his college education in London, and obtained his University degree in Belgrade. He started his career with Hyatt International in 1989 when he joined Hyatt Regency Belgrade. He held senior Sales and Marketing management positions until 1996, when he moved into hotel operations and continued his career with Hyatt International as the Executive Assistant Manager for the Hyatt Regency Almaty. In 2002 he was appointed the Resident Manager for one of Hyatt’s flagship hotels – The Park Hyatt Moscow. After spending just over two years in Moscow, he was appointed the General Manager of the Hyatt Regency Almaty in August 2004. His vast Sales and Marketing experience and expertise have also gained him the title of a qualified Hyatt International trainer. In 2008 Dejan moved to Dubai as the CEO of Alatau Hospitality and was responsible for the asset management of the Four Seasons Bora Bora, and the development of luxury hotel projects in the Seychelles and Almaty. In February 2011 he joined ESTA Holding as the Managing Director of the Hospitality Business based in Kiev and Donetsk. Throughout his career, Dejan was very active in the hospitality business and has participated on numerous international panel discussions on these topics. His expertise especially lies in Hotel Development and Congress Tourism, and as such has served as board member of numerous associations such as the Foreign Investors Council working group on Tourism and Image Enhancement in Kazakhstan, and the KIMEP (Kazakh University) advisory board. He has always been extremely active in business circles, and was the Chairman of the European Business Association of Kazakhstan (EUROBAK) from 2005 to 2007. In May 2008, he was also awarded “2008 Executive of the Year Award” by the American Chamber of Commerce in Kazakhstan.

Gabrijela Ditetova poreklom je iz Češke i na čelu beogradskog hotela Radisson Blu Old Mill. Sa više od 20 godina radnog iskustva u hotelskoj industriji, Gabriela na ovo radno mesto stupa donoseći bogato iskustvo u oblasti prodaje i marketinga, rukovođenja i operativnog upravljanja. Pre preuzimanja nove pozicije, karijeru je gradila na brojnim rukovodećim pozicijama u hotelima u: Bratislavi (Slovačka), Bukureštu (Rumunija), Sarvaru (Mađarska), Sofiji (Bugarska) i Pragu (Češka). Na mesto generalnog direktora u okviru Carlson Rezidor hotelske grupacije stupa decembra 2008. godine i to na čelu Park Inn by Radisson Ostrava hotela (Češka), nakon toga karijeru nastavlja kao generalni direktor Park Inn by Radisson Sochi (Rusija), a u Beograd 01. avgusta stiže nakon rukovodeće pozicije u hotelu Park Inn by Radisson Nevsky St. Petersburg (Rusija). Ditetova je odgovorna za operaciju hotela sa fokusom na rast, razvoj i budućnost kompanije u Beogradu.

Gorazd Čad is a veteran in Meetings industry. Founder and owner of the marketing and congress agency Toleranca marketing, he has numerous years of experience in the planning, preparation and execution of major international trade shows and fairs. Having started his career in Cankarjev dom, where he project-led on fairs such as Infos, Kapital, Bits & Fun, Slovenian Wine Festival and many others, work in his private capacity has given him a long and multi-faceted experience of developing B2B trade shows, the most noteworthy of these being Conventa, Space, Natour and Hot-Rest. B2B selling solutions sit at the heart of the action of his work and are the key specialization with proven added value and measurable results.

Borojević Ivona je rođena 1984. godine u Kotoru. Magistrirala je na Fakultetu Tehničkih Nauka u Novom Sadu, na departmanu za industrijsko inženjerstvo i menadžment, kao jedan od najboljih studenata. U hotelskoj i ugostiteljskoj industriji ima iskustva više od deset godina. Od 2008. godine počinje da radi u Kompaniji Prezident iz Novog Sada na poziciji Direktor Marketinga i Prodaje i aktivno učestvuje u otvaranju Hotela BEST WESTERN Prezident*****, prvog i jedinog hotela u Novom Sadu koji je pripadao internacionalnom hotelskom lancu. Prošavši mnogobrojne obuke koje nalažu pravila poslovanja BEST WESTERN Inc., usavršava veštine u raznim oblastima u hotelskoj industriji – marketing i prodaja, front office, HR, operativne veštine, računovodstveni sektor, domaćinstvo. Dobitnica je sertifikata „Primena zakona u turizmu i zakona o prekršajima u oblasti turizma”, koji izdaje Balkanski savet za održivi razvoj i edukaciju. Nakon dve godine, dobija novu poziciju u istoj Kompaniji - Operativni Menadžer. Za to vreme kreira novi sistem zapošljavanja u Hotelu, čije specifičnosti se ogledaju u primeni BEST WESTERN HR pravila i procedura na postojeći standardizovani pristup zapošljavanja u Srbiji. 2011. godine počinje realizaciju novog projekta Prezident Kompanije, tj. angažovana je na otvaranju novog hotela najviše kategorije - Premier Prezident Hotel***** (Sremski Karlovci). Kao Menadžer pre-opening tima uspešno otvara hotel, koji je već te iste godine dobio najviše priznanje Novosadskog Sajma - Šampionski Pehar za Novi Hotel u Srbiji vrhunskog kvaliteta. Skoro uporedo na istoj poziciji je otvorila i Hotel Vilu Prezident**** koja se nalazi na Stražilovu. 2012. godine dobija laskavo priznanje Novosadskog Sajma - Najbolji Mladi Menadžer u hotelijerstvu u Srbiji. 2013. godine dobija unapređenje i postaje Generalni Menadžer sva tri Prezident Hotela. Ideju o kreiranju novog sistema zapošljavanja u Kompaniji (integracija internacionalnih pravila i procedura sa postojećim sistemom zapošljavanja u kompaniji) prenela je i na druga dva hotela, a kao rezultat toga govori statistika o znatno povećanom procentu lojalnih zaposlenih. Danas, kao Generalni Menadžer najboljeg nacionalnog lanca Hotela u regionu 2015. (priznanje Novosadskig Sajma), pored svojih standardnih dužnosti, vodi i HR odeljenje na nivou Kompanije i bavi se sprovođenjem procesa selekcije i regrutacijom kandidata, kao i sprovođenjem obuka. Od 01.01.2016. godine intenzivno radi na jačanju i pozicioniranju prvog domaćeg lanca Hotela – Prezident Hoteli, na nacionalnom i internacionalnom nivou.
