Beauty weekend in Children’s Village

Yesterday, L’Oreal company and Health & Beauty magazine organised a campaign dubbed “Care is important, you are important” at the Children’s Village in Sremska Kamenica for 40 girls, ranging from teenagers to student graduates.

The campaign started with the lecture on the importance of care and beauty from the earliest age of womanhood, and it was frequently interrupted by questions of curious girls, interested in the subject. In a very relaxed atmosphere, they found out everything about facial and body care, starting from hair care up to hair removal techniques.

How should I use this?

Mmm, it smells wonderful: product testing

In a central hall of “Delta City”, organized by the “Click” fashion studio and JOY magazine, on Saturday, June 30th, took place the final of the Nivea New Faces contest for new faces.

Following a search conducted all around Serbia, the best girls went through professional training in modelling, and they would present themselves in front of the expert and media jury in attractive models by brands LEGEND, MANGO, MONSOON, whereas their styling was in the hands of the designer Iva Stefanović.

Two juries were judging the girls to select the winners: FASHION & VIP jury, and special MEDIA jury. Our well-known TV announcer Adriana Čortan, on behalf of the media jury, handed in the prize to the fifteen-year-old Milica Milinković, and then Nenad Radujević, CEO of “Click” and Srđan Šveljo, fashion editor of JOY, delivered the prizes ahead of the expert jury. The third prize went to Marija Ćetković, the second to Jelena Knežić, while the winner of the Nivea New Faces selection for 2012 is Aleksandra Doknić!

NIVEA, general partner of this contest, prepared valuable goody bags and special presents, such as dresses by London’s designer Nicola de Main, who designed new package of the Nivea Soft creams on the international level. After participation at London Fashion Week, her work was on display to our audience alive at Belgrade Fashion Week!

Quality, on which more and more insist fashion and beauty experts of “Click” and JOY, did not remain unnoticeable, which led to the fact that jury members of honour at this year’s Nivea selection were also scouts from the world’s fashion metropolises, namely representatives of the agency “ICE Models” from Milan, as well as “Mademoiselle” agency from Paris. They expressed wishes to see future modelling stars before the others, and enable them to have professional work in their agencies!

At 8. Proactive Conference, Robert Čoban led the panel “Personal PR and media”

Robert Čoban with panel participants

For the eighth time, the Proactive Conference gathered experts from the field of communications and media from the entire region. CPG CEO Robert Čoban led one of the panels within the World Café project. Participants, approximately eighty of them, in groups of twelve, continuously changed places at six tables where the panels were organized.

The discussion named “Personal PR and media”, moderated by Robert Čoban, primarily dealt with contemporary presidential elections in Serbia, where the candidate favoured by 80% of media and a large number of public persons – lost the presidential race!

Panel attendants agreed that a campaign resembling those by “Coca Cola”, for a “product” which was problematic to a great extent (the lowest salaries, the greatest currency exchange slide, and the highest percentage of unemployment in the region) was utterly inadequate, and that immoderate Satanizing of opponents in the media – caused additional countereffect.
